M&A Transaction

Homann Advokater advised Sibast Furniture in connection with the purchase of Bent Hansen Møbler and acquisition of new investors.

With the transaction two strong traditions of Danish furniture design and craftsmanship unite as of October 1st, 2025, when Bent Hansen becomes part of Sibast Furniture. Going forward, all activities will continue in Sibast Furniture.

The transaction was led by attorney-at-law (H) Morten Hove.
